Inspired by Andrej Karpathy’s LLM Wiki gist, this talk explores how we applied the approach to support the delivery of large-scale project. It covers the use case, implementation of an LLM Wiki as a centralised project knowledge and context layer, and its role in supporting day-to-day activities. The session concludes with key lessons learned and practical considerations.
